1. Reach out to host within 48 hours of reservation to discuss details about the reservation. 2. NO SMOKING or vaping inside the house. You may smoke outside, sitting away from the doors, not to allow smoke inside the house. Any evidence of smoke getting inside the house is grounds for immediate termination of your reservation and a $500 fine. 3. Have respectful noise levels at all times (thinking about the neighbors). No loud talking and no music outdoors before 9:00 am or past 10:00 pm. This is a residential neighborhood. 4. Pets must be approved on a case by case basis. Dogs are typically approved for this listing, with assurances about responsibility of owner, clean up, etc. It is a $35 per day pet fee and additional $75 cleaning fee; approval by phone call. Owner must call immediately after booking so arrangements can be immediately made. Cats are not allowed. 5. Must be respectful to management and neighbors, next door and in the neighborhood, at all times. 6. Backyard is for your use, hammocks and games are allowed. You may use the fire pit if you promise to clean up afterward, including emptying the fire pit of ashes. Front yard is not to be used for any purpose. 7. Please do not leave extra trash or spills or messes for the housekeeper to clean up. Please respect the housekeeper and treat this unit as if you were a guest in someone's home. If you think this is not a fit for you, please do not book. Before leaving, please place sheets on the floor by bed along with used towels. Wash dishes and place in drying rack. Please don't put food particles down the sink. It will clog sink. The housekeeper will put clean dishes away. 8. Trash must be placed in sealed trash bags and placed in large receptacles located at parking area. The trash company will not pick up the trash if single items are placed. 9. LAKE. You are welcome to swim from the lake shore. DO NOT enter or walk anywhere on the dock or boardwalk to dock; it is OFF LIMITS. You are welcome to use the paddle board and canoe and launch from the lake shore. You are not allowed to set up furniture, grills, tents or anything that is not approved by the host in advance. Fishing from the shore is allowed with approval from host in advance. For the best fishing, you can go nearby to a beautiful lake park; ask host for details. 10. Parking for maximum of two cars. If you need to park more cars, you must get approval from host. No boats, trailers, RVs, etc. without host's approval. Utility vehicles such as a moving van, and recreational vehicles of any kind would have to be approved in advance. NO driving or parking on the grass at any time! No parking in the front yard at any time. 11. Please do not move furniture. 12. If you incur any additional cleaning fees, you will be given a chance to pay. If you do not pay and the Resolution Center becomes involved, then you will be charged a $40 administration fee plus cleaning fees. 13. If you have the windows or doors open, please do not run the air conditioner or the heater. 14. Please don't do laundry between 11AM and 3PM without checking with host first. all other times are fine. 15. Sometimes there is a dog on premises. he loves people and is very friendly. Or I can keep him totally away from you. It's your choice. It won't hurt my feelings if you are not a dog person and I can work to minimize your contact with the dog.
