1. Guests must be 23 years old or above to book. Persons of 23 years old are allowed, but must be accompanied by older persons. 2. Absolutely NO SMOKING anywhere in the building or unit, including garage and balcony. If you are seen smoking security will ask you to leave the premises. Sorry guys, we are not prejudiced against smokers, but it's just a strict building rule! $1000 fine and immediate cancellation of reservation if there is any evidence of smoking! 3. Proper attire required in all areas of the building including the balcony. Be respectful of noise levels and neighbors at all times. 4. Cleaning fee covers sanitizing all surfaces, including vacuuming and mopping floors, making the beds and doing all the laundry. Please do not leave extra trash or spills or messes on for the housekeeper to clean up. Please respect the housekeeper and treat this unit as if you were a guest in someone's home. Guests are required to start a first load of laundry and put dishes in the dishwasher and start dishwasher. If you think this is not a fit for you. Please do not book. 5. Please do not move furniture. If housekeeper has to put it back in place there will be a penalty of $250. 6. If you incur any additional cleaning fees, you will be given a chance to pay. If you do not pay and the Resolution Center becomes involved, then you will be charged a $40 administration fee plus cleaning fees. 7. PARKING - You may park inside the garage in any spot that is NOT labeled reserved (Important to note, if you park in a spot labeled reserved, then your car is subject to be towed).
