Sleeps 8 in Spring Hill

1. NO SMOKING inside the house. You may smoke outside, sitting away from the doors, not to allow smoke inside the house. Any evidence of smoke getting inside the house is grounds for immediate termination of the reservation and $500 fine. 2. Noise levels must be respected at all times as this is a private residence. 3. Be respectful of neighbors with behavior and attire at all times. 4. NO parties! Bachelorette & Bachelor parties are allowed, but gatherings are to be respectful and limited to the registered persons for the reservation ONLY. Bachelor & Bachelorette groups are allowed, but must be confirmed in advance by manager. 5. Cleaning fees cover sanitizing all surfaces, including vacuuming and mopping floors, making the beds and doing all the laundry. Please do not leave extra trash or spills or messes for the housekeeper to clean up. Please respect the housekeeper and treat this unit as if you were a guest in someone's home. In order for cleaner to finish in time for the next guest, guests are required to strip bed, start a first load of towels, put dishes in the dishwasher and start dishwasher. If you think this is not a fit for you, please do not book. 6. Please do not move furniture. If the housekeeper has to put it back in place, there will be a penalty of $250. 7. If you incur any additional cleaning fees, you will be given a chance to pay. If you do not pay and the Resolution Center becomes involved, then you will be charged a $40 administration fee plus cleaning fees. 10. On trash days, we ask you to take trash cans to the street in the evening and return them on Tuesday after trash pick-up. Thank you in advance for following all of the rules. 11. Please note that there is a designated recycling trash can on the property. It is crucial to only place recyclable items in this bin. Placing regular trash in the recycling bin will result in the trash not being picked up and may incur additional costs for the owner. Any misuse of the recycling bin will be considered a violation of the checkout instructions and may result in extra charges being filed against your reservation. 12. You can park anywhere in the driveway. Please do not park anywhere in the grass or anywhere in the backyard.
