1. Reach out to host within 48 hours of reservation to discuss details about the reservation.
2. NO SMOKING or vaping inside the house. You may smoke outside, sitting away from the doors, not to allow smoke inside the house. Any evidence of smoke getting inside the house is grounds for immediate termination of your reservation and a $500 fine.
3. Have respectful noise levels at all times (thinking about the neighbors). No loud talking and no music outdoors before 9:00 am or past 10:00 pm. This is a residential neighborhood.
4. Must be respectful to management, neighbors, next door and in the neighborhood, at all times.
5. Backyard is for your use, hammocks and games are allowed. You may use the fire pit if you promise to clean up afterward, including emptying the fire pit of ashes. Front yard is not to be used for setting up games, hammocks, or even to store anything on the front porch. Please keep the front porch and yard free of anything.
6. Cleaning fees cover sanitizing all surfaces, including vacuuming and mopping floors, making the beds and doing all the laundry. Please do not leave extra trash or spills or messes for the housekeeper to clean up. Please respect the housekeeper and treat this unit as if you were a guest in someone's home. If you think this is not a fit for you, please do not book. Before leaving, please place sheets on the floor by bed along with used towels. Wash dishes and place in drying rack. Please don't put food particles down the sink. It will clog sink. The housekeeper will put clean dishes away.
7. Trash must be placed in sealed trash bags and placed in large receptacles located at parking area. DO NOT place single items in large trash containers; the trash company will not pick up the trash.
8. ENJOYING THE LAKE. You are welcome to swim from the lake shore. DO NOT enter or walk anywhere on the dock or boardwalk to dock; it is OFF LIMITS. You are welcome to use the paddle board and canoe and launch from the lake shore. You are not allowed to set up furniture, grills, tents or anything that is not approved by the host in advance. Fishing from the shore is allowed with approval from host in advance. For the best fishing, you can go two minutes to a beautiful lake park with two fishing docks--Cages Bend Campground.
9. Parking for maximum of one car. If you need to park more cars, you must get approval from host. No boats, trailers, RVs, etc. without host's approval. Utility vehicles such as a moving van, and recreational vehicles of any kind would have to be approved in advance. NO driving or parking on the grass at any time! No parking in the front yard at any time.
10. Please do not move furniture. If housekeeper has to put it back in place, there will be a penalty of $250.
11. If you incur any additional cleaning fees, you will be given a chance to pay. If you do not pay and the Resolution Center becomes involved, then you will be charged a $40 administration fee plus cleaning fees.
12. The balcony is for your private use. However, the owner may have to access that door if he ever needs to use the staircase. This will only happen occasionally. Do not block the screen door at any time.
13. If you have the windows or doors open, please do not run the air conditioner or the heater.
14. Please don't do laundry between 11AM and 3PM, these are the times the housekeeping is there to clean other parts of the home.
