1. NO SMOKING inside the house. You may smoke outside, sitting away from the doors, not to allow smoke inside the house. Any evidence of smoke getting inside the house is grounds for immediate termination of the reservation and a $3000 smoke remediation charge.
2. Noise levels must be respectful at all times as this is a residential neighborhood.
3. Be respectful of neighbors with behavior and attire at all times.

Cancellation Policy
- Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund
