1. NO SMOKING in building, no smoking in unit or on balcony. No smoking anywhere in building including the garage. $1000 fine if any evidence found of smoking and immediate termination of your reservation. 2. Be respectful of noise levels, especially after 10 pm and before 8 am. Be respectful of your neighbors at all times. 3. Proper attire in hallways, on balconies, parking garage, etc. 4. Cleaning fee covers sanitizing all surfaces, including vacuuming and mopping floors, making the beds and doing all the laundry. Please do not leave extra trash or spills or messes on for the housekeeper to clean up. Please respect the housekeeper and treat this unit as if you were a guest in someone's home. Guests are required to start a first load of laundry and put dishes in the dishwasher and start dishwasher. If you think this is not a fit for you. Please do not book. 5. Please do not move furniture. If housekeeper has to put it back in place there will be a penalty of $250. 6. If you incur any additional cleaning fees, you will be given a chance to pay. If you do not pay and the Resolution Center becomes involved, then you will be charged a $40 administration fee plus cleaning fees. Thank you in advance for following all of the rules.
